Qualifications

• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing market.
• Strong analytical skills for inventory, fulfillment and supply chain.
• Knowledge of ROI, P&L, and margins.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Strong project management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Guide Plant Managers to meet area and regional goals.
• Develop training plans and motivate teams.
• Coordinate multiple Plant Managers.
• Analyze KPIs, labor plans, overtime, fulfillment and costs.
• Collaborate with facilities to align operations with customer needs.
• Drive cost efficiencies through operations improvements.
• Communicate progress and improvements to leadership.
• Lead safety and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure budgeting and vendor compliance.
