Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC in Bloomington, TX seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations at a critical large-scale facility. You will oversee cryogenic distillation, heavy turbomachinery, and gas purification systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency.

The role requires a chemical or mechanical engineering background with 8+ years in process manufacturing and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BSChE or BSME degree required.
• 8+ years in continuous process manufacturing in cryogenics/chemicals.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory or plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA, EPA, EHS standards and PSM compliance.
• Oversee operation of cryogenic columns and heavy turbomachinery.
• Manage site OPEX and CAPEX budgets and KPIs.
• Lead and develop shift operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers.
• Coordinate with pipeline systems and logistics to meet supply commitments.
