Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in applicable field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of safety practices for the Industrial Gas Industry.
• Strong understanding of air separation principles and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of compressors, pumps and expanders; electrical power distribution and safety.
• Ability to plan and coordinate plant maintenance and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant reliability and scheduling of operations.
• Meet production, efficiency, quality and budget targets.
• Oversee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate plant maintenance and local cost reporting.
• Coordinate distribution activities and support sales staff.
• Supervise vendors and contractors.
• Prepare data and budget presentations.
• Public speaking and presentation duties.
