Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries seeks a Production Manager in Longview, TX to oversee syngas production and ASU operations. You will manage safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control while developing staff and coordinating with maintenance to sustain high reliability.

The role requires 10+ years in technical operations and an associate degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on process safety and performance metrics. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical knowledge in POX, ASU, CO2 recovery, membranes and related systems.
• Strong leadership and safety management能力.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydrogen/Syngas and ASU facilities safely and reliably.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and Air Liquide policies.
• Lead shift activities and development plans for direct reports; manage budgets and cost control.
• Maintain plant safety, regulatory compliance and life safety systems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Center on TARs, PMs and turnarounds.
