Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries Longview plant is seeking a Production Manager to oversee syngas production, ASU operations, and safety programs. You will lead a team, manage costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across shifts.

Responsibile for coordinating maintenance activities with the MC, driving improvements, and maintaining PSM readiness. A technical degree with extensive plant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two year associate degree in a technical field or equivalent related operations experience.
• 10+ years of technical knowledge and/or work experience in plant operations (POX, ASU, CO2 recovery, membranes).
• Strong knowledge of process safety management and OSHA/environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydrogen/Syngas and ASU facilities safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Lead and develop plant personnel; manage costs and drive safety improvements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Center for predictive/preventive maintenance and TAR planning.
• Ensure accurate shift reports, turnovers, and adherence to SOPs.
• Support annual budgets and capital planning for reliability and efficiency.
