Job summary

Greven Executive Search is seeking a Plant Manager for a large international company in West Virginia. This role sits on a people-first leadership team committed to servant leadership and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a BS degree (engineering or related field preferred), a strong mechanical background, 5+ years leading manufacturing teams, and a proven track record in Continuous Improvement and KPI management. Plant expansions and capital projects are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in manufacturing.
• Proven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar).
• Servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing people.
• Ability to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience with plant expansions or major capital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, etc.) across the plant.
• Coach and develop plant teams, promoting a people-first leadership culture.
• Oversee capital projects and plant expansions as needed.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
