  • You will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs; ensure employees are fully trained in, committed to, and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Linde policies and procedures; ensure required government and environmental regulations are met; and manage operational and capital budgets while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and joint venture partners
  • Manage and elevate, as required, equipment, product quality, and delivery issues
  • Monitor production and manpower levels to ensure continued efficiency while anticipating problems and developing contingency plans
  • Further, manage employee performance by setting expectations, providing guidance, feedback, and development for career progression and performance improvement
  • Maximize plant reliability to avoid unscheduled shutdowns resulting in interruptions to customer supply
  • Drive improvements in productivity and cost savings
  • Maintain a high-performing safety culture
  • Ensure compliance-related activities are completed on time
  • Effectively work within the matrix organization to enlist assistance from support groups
  • Adhere to all corporate and plant policies, including OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and TCEQ air, water, and waste regulations.
