This hands-on leader will oversee day-to-day production across printing, lamination and finishing processes, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while delivering on-time performance and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production across UV offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, lamination and finishing.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, cost control and on-time delivery.
• Manage KPIs, P&L and budget performance, labor and material costs, and equipment reliability.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement and develop people for a fast-paced operation.

They are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to lead their Virginia manufacturing operation and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and long-term growth.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for a results-driven manufacturing professional who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable results. The Plant Manager will have broad responsibility for all manufacturing operations, leading day-to-day production across a sophisticated environment that includes UV offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, lamination, and specialty finishing. The role will focus on driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost control, on-time delivery, equipment performance, and employee engagement, while overseeing KPIs, P&L and budget performance, labor and material costs, equipment reliability, waste reduction, and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in plant or production management with direct P&L responsibility. The successful leader will combine strong operational and financial acumen with a hands-on leadership style, a passion for developing people, and a proven ability to build accountability and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
