Job summary

WorldBridge Partners in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a senior Plant Manager for a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager has full responsibility for plant performance across production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, safety, facilities, and quality, including site-level strategy and execution in partnership with the COO.

This role leads a 100+ employee operation with full P&L ownership. This is a broad, high-accountability leadership position requiring long-term capacity planning

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Prior plant management experience in a 70+ employee manufacturing environment.
• Experienced with P&L ownership.
• Injection Molding experience highly preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or TPM exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, quality, safety, and facilities.
• Drive manufacturing performance aligned with quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Own P&L results for the site.
• Oversee capital planning, equipment investment, and inventory strategy.
• Establish short- and long-term operational goals including capacity planning and site optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and HR.
• Build and develop the manufacturing leadership team.
• Strengthen operational discipline, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.

This is the senior operational leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility within a global plastics organization.
