Our client, a premium folding carton and luxury packaging manufacturer, seeks a Plant Manager to lead its Virginia operation and drive operational excellence. This hands-on leader will oversee day-to-day production across printing, lamination and finishing processes, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while delivering on-time performance and KPI targets.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ in plant management and direct P&L

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production across UV offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, lamination and finishing.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, cost control and on-time delivery.
• Manage KPIs, P&L and budget performance, labor and material costs, and equipment reliability.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement and develop people for a fast-paced operation.
