Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Plant Manager in the Middlefield area to lead a two-shift machining/fabrication operation. The role carries responsibility for scheduling, process improvement, KPI tracking, safety, and production staffing.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of manufacturing management experience, a bachelor's in engineering or related field, and strong Lean manufacturing and leadership capabilities. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing management in a machining/fabrication environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; Associates Degree would be considered.
• Experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership abilities.
