This role is responsible for all aspects of plant operations of the assigned manufacturing plant including safety, production, quality, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, and people. The Plant Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all work activities and resources necessary for optimal manufacturing to achieve all plant, business, and company goals and objectives. Ideally, the candidate will have a hands-on approach to plant management with a bias towards implementing best practices, establishing and developing a high-performing team, and creating a culture of continuous improvement in safety, service, quality, cost, and people.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership managing 25+ employees across multiple shifts with budget responsibility.
• Formal Lean and Six Sigma training preferred; OSHA certification a plus.
