Job summary

CTI Foods, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to routinely inspect plant equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance as scheduled. The role requires identifying worn parts, troubleshooting controls, and ensuring electrical shutdown procedures are followed.

You will operate equipment, report issues, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities include maintaining machinery, performing repairs as needed, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs of previous experience in maintenance.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Read, write, and understand English at a technical level.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics and P&ID flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect equipment and determine potential failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility machinery and office equipment.
• Identify worn mechanical parts and replacements.
• Understand and troubleshoot controls, interlocks, and electrical shutdown procedures.
• Operate and setup plant equipment and report issues to supervisor or manager.
• Maintain records and comply with GMPs and safety policies.
• Assist with shift coverage and maintain high housekeeping standards.
