Job summary

CTI Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to routinely inspect equipment, perform preventative maintenance and set up plant machinery. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Must have 3+ years maintenance experience and an associate degree preferred. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in varied temperatures, and standing for long periods in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs of maintenance experience.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Read and understand mechanical & electrical schematics and P&ID flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect equipment and determine potential failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility machinery and office equipment.
• Operate conveyors, pumps, and other plant equipment as needed.
• Maintain records and comply with food safety and quality policies.
