Job summary

Neighbors LLCis seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, inspection, and sanitation in a food production facility. You will work safely to maintain plant performance in safety, quality, and reliability while upholding core values of respect, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, following GMP standards, and collaborating with Quality Control and Supervisors to minimize downtime and ensure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance in a food manufacturing facility using production mixing and packaging equipment preferred.
• Associates or technical degree is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the manufacturing of consumer foods which comply with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support safety policies and perform work in a safe manner.
• Operate, maintain and clean production equipment.
• Follow GMP standards and improve documented operating, maintenance, and sanitation procedures.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance per PM schedule and create work orders to maximize equipment performance.
