Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Processing Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in our Operations team. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, inspections, and keep systems running efficiently, often with other technicians and external specialists.

Daily duties include responding to calls, inspecting machines, performing preventive maintenance, documenting work orders in CMMS, installing and testing new equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a maintenance or mechanical field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic trades.
• Basic understanding of motors, controllers, hydraulics and pneumatics, plumbing.
• Basic understanding of PLC I/O.
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience (preferred).
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and work requests to maintain machine performance.
• Inspect machines for malfunctions and perform scheduled testing.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and document work orders in CMMS.
• Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical system issues.
• Follow safety standards, SOPs, and HACCP requirements.
