Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an Operations maintenance technician responsible for routine and high-level maintenance and repairs across the facility. The role includes assisting with material handling equipment and general upkeep of plant systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment following manuals and schematics. Night shifts and occasional weekends may be required; food safety and quality are paramount, with strong emphasis on safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in facility maintenance or preventive equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (single/three phase), AC/DC high and low voltages.
• Experience with food processing equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage routine and high-level maintenance duties.
• Complete preventive maintenance on facility equipment per manuals.
• Inspect and test machinery; report issues to operations.
• Diagnose and repair defective machines with parts per schematics.
• Set up and breakdown Food Processing equipment.
• Handle building maintenance repairs (plumbing, lighting, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance on Material Handling Equipment and battery watering.
• Must work night shift and occasional weekends.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
