VERBIO North America LLC in South Bend, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe and reliable plant operations. You will perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct preventive and predictive maintenance with close collaboration with operations teams.

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. On-call rotations and OSHA guidelines are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-the-job industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
• Familiar with CMMS for work orders and documentation.
• Willingness to rotate on-call schedule and respond to outages.
• Relevant maintenance certifications preferred (OSHA, Rigging, Signaling, welding).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Respond to equipment failures and assist with installations as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure reliability.
• Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders.
