Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions, partnering with Univertical LLC, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for their Angola, IN facility. The role involves troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems on production equipment with a focus on minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mills, lathes, welding equipment, furnaces, and other gear, install and align motors and pumps, and work with 480V electrical systems with high safety

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Multi-craft background: mechanical and electrical work essential.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems on production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime.
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment including mills, lathes, welding equipment, rolling mill, tumbler, furnaces, drawbench, conformer, and shear.
Install, adjust, and align motors, pumps, conveyors, piping, and valves; swap out failed motors for repair or replacement.
Work on electrical systems up to 480V three-phase, including panels, contactors, and control voltage circuits; prioritize safety.
