Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic PLC and drive training preferred; experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment to maximize production.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, motors, drives, chillers).
• Order parts and manage inventory to minimize downtime while supporting PM schedules.
• Contribute to CMMS through timely work orders and documentation.
• Assist with Continuous Improvement projects to improve safety and efficiency.
