Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and reactive maintenance for manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot machines, repair drives, motors, and controls while ensuring high production rates and safety standards. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus PLC knowledge and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training preferred.
• +2 years industrial maintenance, electrical systems and controls preferred.
• Plastic process knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, drives, downstream equipment, chillers).
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to maximize production.
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with suppliers.
• Contribute to CMMS with PM and repair work orders.
• Support Daily Management directives and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Work with production staff to ensure safe operation of plant equipment.
