Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in heavy‑duty maintenance, preferably in aggregates.
• Knowledge of equipment analysis, troubleshooting, MSHA regs, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on crushers, conveyors, pumps, and motors.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Support safety, quality, and production through timely maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Lead pre‑shift inspections and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Train coworkers on maintenance practices.
• Operate cranes, welding tools, and related equipment as needed.
• Maintain records of equipment condition and maintenance.
