Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to keep our heavy-duty equipment reliable and safe. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and support continuous improvement across crushers, conveyors, pumps and gearboxes.

The role demands safety focus and adherence to MSHA standards while ensuring production uptime. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in heavy-duty maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of heavy-duty maintenance experience, preferably in aggregates.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and MSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors and other plant equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Prioritize safety and complete preventative maintenance on time.
• Assist with fabrication, welding and component repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate status with supervisors.
