Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Myers, FL to lead the maintenance mechanical team and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant plant operations. The role emphasizes safety, planning, and effective supervision across on-site activities.

The candidate will mentor maintenance staff, interpret blueprints, plan outages, and review work methods to meet industry and company standards. This position includes 8-hour shifts and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in repair and maintenance of electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and safety programs while coordinating with the maintenance manager and contractors.
• Coach and guide maintenance personnel to ensure workmanship and safety standards.
• Review contractor work plans to ensure compliance with plant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor CMMS data, schedules and parts inventory to support reliable operations.]
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
