Job summary

Lhoist North America seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance, mobile maintenance, and electrical staff. You will coordinate with Production, Quarry Operations, and Quality to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, preventative maintenance, KPI tracking, and driving continuous improvement while prioritizing safety. Strong leadership and SAP/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing/mining environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily maintenance work and coordinate with Maintenance Manager on priorities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs; track KPIs and equipment uptime.
• Lead maintenance team to meet safety, reliability, and budget targets.
• Maintain inventory and procurement for maintenance supplies and services.
• Deliver training and coaching to staff; communicate across departments.
