Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance at the Yoakum, TX facility. You will lead maintenance technicians, manage PM schedules, control spare parts inventories, and help maximize production uptime.

The role emphasizes safety, proper PPE, on-call duties, and strong communication with plant personnel; the ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance skills and prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance and repair in manufacturing settings.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Ability to manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Practice PPE compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain spare parts/inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
• Communicate unsafe conditions to the Production Manager.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and perform maintenance.
• Direct scheduled preventive maintenance and supervise technicians.
• Maintain facility housekeeping and team communication.
• Support uptime improvement and ADS core values.
