Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate activities, reduce downtime, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safe, efficient plant operations with a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, knowledge of CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance and CMMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues and plant downtime.
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work prioritization.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams to support production goals.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment data.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and vendor support for maintenance activities.
• Support employee training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage employee timekeeping and overtime tracking.
