You will oversee contractor activities, monitor headcount, and elevate staffing as outages or surge maintenance occur. The role emphasizes safety, MOC adherence, and reliability improvements while directing planning with plant departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience / contractor management preferred.
• CMRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the site’s contractor activities while ensuring safety and schedule alignment.
• Monitor and report maintenance headcount to stay within budget.
• Advocate for budgeted headcount for surge maintenance and outages.
• Lead weekly scheduling and ensure plan fits available resources.
• Redirect minor maintenance activities to production technicians as needed.
• Coach originators when work orders are unclear or incomplete.
• Ensure Management of Change is followed when required.
• Review backlog and prioritize high-value, timely jobs.
• Support overtime decisions to meet process needs.
• Liaise between operations and maintenance to resolve schedule issues.
• Provide schedule information to Production Operators for equipment needs.
• Contribute to reliability-driven improvements and workflow understanding.
• Follow all SSEP requirements and manage winterization program.
