• Knowledge of safety regulations (LOTO, PPE, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across the plant
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance
• Train and develop maintenance staff
• Inspect equipment and address downtime risks
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, equipment history, and parts inventory
• Coordinate maintenance work with production to minimize downtime
• Lead the plant safety inspection program
