Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. seeks a Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring safe production and adherence to standards. You will communicate goals, participate in team meetings, and support performance evaluations and maintenance planning.

Role requires a strong mechanical background, ability to travel to support operations, and flexibility for irregular shifts and weekends. Orientation and safety training are provided at the Dallas, Texas office.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Understand team-based management and supervision.
• Self-starter with little supervision.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate standards of excellence in daily work to ensure safe production.
• Provide input on employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with Sr. Team Coordinator and Production Supervisor for scheduled maintenance.
• Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports.
• Maintain product quality and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with equipment repairs and basic maintenance as needed.
