Job summary

Rangen, LLC is seeking a Maintenance & Safety Supervisor to lead the 24/7 feed manufacturing facility's maintenance program. You will supervise daily maintenance, manage preventive work, and drive safety inspections and training to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with production to maintain equipment reliability, keep records, lead safety initiatives, and support capital projects while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or agricultural environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead maintenance while hands-on with equipment.
• Commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities throughout the plant.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Inspect equipment and address issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory.
• Lead the plant safety inspection program and trainings.
