Aufgaben

• Responsible for all plant maintenance including facilities, utilities, and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies.
• Coordinate with MFI Engineering on capital projects and manage multiple projects safely and efficiently.
• Manage contractors on-site with focus on safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
• Lead maintenance team to improve reliability, performance, and cost; develop assets and culture.
• Plan and assist with annual and long-term budgets; assess facilities for improvements.
• Utilize CMMS to document maintenance reporting and decision making.
