Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance covering facilities, utilities, and operations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate capital projects with engineering and external contractors, delivering multiple projects safely.
• Supervise contractors on-site with emphasis on safety, food safety, and GMP compliance.
• Develop and manage maintenance metrics and budgets; drive reliability improvements.
• Foster asset care teams and partner with corporate stakeholders to scale programs.
• Support talent recruitment and development within the maintenance organization.
