Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, reliability and engineering across operations, EHS, quality and supply chains. You will optimize preventive/predictive programs, manage budgets, and drive capital projects while ensuring safety and cost efficiency.

You will oversee maintenance teams and champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Industrial.
• 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment managing maintenance and engineering functions.
• Technical leadership to manage multiple high‑level projects while focusing on safety, quality, reliability and cost control.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and maintenance planning
• Strong maintenance and reliability background across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and automated systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and monitor maintenance activities and utilization of resources.
• Lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma, TPM, and reliability methodologies to improve performance.
• Oversee capital project justifications, expenditures, and on-time completion within budget.
• Provide supervision to Maintenance Reliability Engineers and Supervisors, and engage in workforce development
