Zaddy Solutions seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant equipment and lead the development and improvement of process control systems. The role will manage preventive maintenance programs, supervise a maintenance team, and coordinate with engineering and quality to ensure safety and efficient operation.

You will drive maintenance efficiency, support downtime reduction, and align maintenance activities with company goals and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably automotive.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Expert working knowledge of all machine components and integration.
• Proven mechanical aptitude for analytical problem solving.
• Collaboration with engineering and quality to address problems and implement solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate preventive maintenance programs to minimize maintenance costs of all production equipment.
• Executes assignments related to maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Relocate, dismantle and remove obsolete or worn machinery and equipment.
• Plan preventative maintenance activities based on equipment wear and manufacturer recommendations.
• Develop and maintain key suppliers and spare part inventories.
• Schedule work to maximize machine utilization and minimize idle time.
• Schedule overtime to fairly balance workload among maintenance staff.
• Determine priority of maintenance back-log and schedule work accordingly.
• Lead improvements to maintenance staff effectiveness and skills.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Provide troubleshooting for production equipment and respond to critical downtime.
• Maintain maintenance software database and PM/Predictive Maintenance records.
• Ensure plant utilities are managed efficiently and cost-reduction opportunities pursued.
