Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring production runs at maximum efficiency. You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventative programs, and drive cost reporting and continuous improvement.

The role involves supervising mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems, including PLC programming, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in plant and facilities maintenance and management.
• Knowledge of safety codes and energy conservation techniques.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Ability to design and administer complex facilities projects; provide in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and generate work assignments to keep the facility in serviceable condition.
• Monitor contractor work, ensure safety and manufacturing improvements.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs across areas.
• Coordinate and direct projects, communicate objectives with department managers.
• Ensure ISO compliance in maintenance activities and foster continuous improvement.
• Analyze technology and resources to plan feasibility of projects.
