Job summary

Phoenix Formulations is seeking a dynamic leader to support Plant Directors in manufacturing products that meet cost, quality, and quantity specifications. You will supervise daily activities of staff, delegate tasks, and ensure safety, GMP compliance, and effective production scheduling.

The role involves interview, training, timekeeping, attendance records, and conflict resolution, with emphasis on enforcing company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance/engineering roles.
• Language skills: able to read and comprehend detailed instructions and explain technical concepts in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and timekeeping or other business-related software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, or enforce manufacturing and equipment safety and security programs and activities.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of mechanics, contractors, vendors, installers, and repairers to meet production goals.
• Inspect systems, facilities, tools and equipment to determine needed installations or repairs.
• Locate, procure tools, equipment, and supplies to meet production goals and sanitation targets.
• Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations using tools and welding equipment.
• Review specifications and blueprints to guide workers and layouts.
