Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years maintenance leadership experience.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and technical reasoning.
• Ability to coach, teach, and develop others.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and build capabilities.
• Maintain safe, reliable equipment and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate PMs with Production and ensure parts, documentation, and direction.
• Maintain accurate work orders, equipment records, and safety documentation.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and budget for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on reliability improvements.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades with cross-functional teams.
