Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the local facility's wash processes, maximize machine efficiency, schedule planned maintenance, and oversee CAPEX projects. You will partner with the General Manager to guide maintenance staff and ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment in McDonough, GA.
The role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, 10+ years of maintenance experience in high-volume production, and a proven ability to balance cost,
Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in high-volume production facilities.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
- Background in automation is a plus.
- Experience with large complex integration system challenges.
- Ability to develop and manage project plans with budget.
Responsibilities
- Support preventative maintenance program at the local facility.
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support to facility maintenance personnel.
- Maintain and monitor the PDM system including troubleshooting issues, software updates, and hardware installations.
- Support the General Manager by providing equipment analysis and recommended course of action for efficient and cost-effective machine operation.
- Direct and support maintenance employees to install, maintain, and repair equipment as well as follow good housekeeping practices.
- Monitor machine downtime and train and develop maintenance personnel.
