Royal Fresh Cuts in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and manage the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced food manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of staff, and ensuring equipment reliability.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, coordinate preventive maintenance, and partner with Production, FSQA, and Warehouse to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
• Strong people-management and coaching skills.
• Solid troubleshooting of industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, PLCs).
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily maintenance operations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance through established expectations.
• Prioritize and assign maintenance work based on production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, parts, tools, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Production, FSQA, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Ensure OSHA, LOTO, GMP, SQF, HACCP compliance.
