Maintenance Manager

With decades of experience in delivering high-quality products and services, the company is committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and asset reliability activities at the facility. This includes leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and support for production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, training, and incident investigations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using digital tools and systems.
Lead maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
Oversee maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage cost controls.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to site and corporate leadership.
