Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs for production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Project & Process Optimization: Design cost-effective system modifications, justify and execute capital projects, and lead CI initiatives using root cause analysis.
• Preventative Maintenance Management: Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to maximize uptime.
• Vendor & Service Management: Negotiate and monitor contracts for facility services, landscaping, security, and specialized maintenance.
• Safety & Compliance: Manage hazardous waste programs, company vehicle fleets, and safety initiatives with leadership.
