Job summary

Amy's Kitchen in White City, Oregon is seeking a Maintenance Planning Leader to oversee the plant's maintenance planning program and drive efficiency and reliability of equipment. You will manage all work requests, plan non-reactive maintenance, and lead the preventative maintenance program to ensure timely completion.

You will provide detailed job plans with specifications, parts lists, and safety procedures, collaborate with the Maintenance Leadership Team, and mentor the team to improve

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced craftsperson with excellent people skills.
• Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of CMMS is essential.
• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify the validity of work orders and schedule them.
• Lead continuous improvement of maintenance processes and RCA.
• Coordinate and review daily maintenance work orders and PMs.
• Back-up for the Maintenance Buyer and coordinate with the team.
