Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on plant equipment including HVAC, hydraulic, packaging, and warehouse systems.
• Lead and coordinate major repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds of critical equipment.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement durable solutions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline equipment layout and performance.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and integration of new technologies.
• Supervise and train mechanics, including seasonal staff.
• Promote a safe, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
