Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Maintenance Planning Leader to steer the plant's maintenance planning program, drive efficiency, and improve equipment reliability. You will manage all work requests, plan non-reactive maintenance, schedule preventive maintenance for 100% completion, and provide detailed job plans with specs and safety procedures.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance Leadership Team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations, oversees ~8 direct reports, and supports

Qualifications

• Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of experience as a maintenance craftsperson, or maintenance planner/scheduler.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Strong people and communication skills are essential.
• Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of CMMS is essential.

Responsabilités

• Verify the validity of work orders and gather information to schedule work.
• Ensure routine maintenance processes are followed and drive improvements.
• Lead daily meetings to review work orders and priorities.
• Coordinate receiving, scheduling, and processing maintenance orders incl. PMs.
• Track planning backlog and keep data current and accurate.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records; support audits.
• Manage CMMS data and reports; ensure compliance with GMP and SQF.
