Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Senior Materials Planner to ensure continuous availability of direct materials for production across manufacturing operations. You will independently manage end-to-end planning, analyze MRP outputs, and mitigate supply risks while collaborating with sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to stabilize material flow.

Lead improvements in planning accuracy, inventory health, and ERP data integrity, supporting new product launches and operational priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, operations, or engineering.
• 4–6 years' experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, or Purchasing and inventory management.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• APICS coursework or CPIM or Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end planning for defined material portfolios across multiple plants.
• Analyze MRP outputs, identify demand/supply risks, adjust ordering logic.
• Manage lifecycle of POs and material replenishment decisions.
• Lead mitigation planning with suppliers, sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning parameters and inventory strategies.
• Stabilize material flow and support new product introductions.
