• BS degree or applicable experience in maintenance leadership.
• 10+ years leading engineering and maintenance in a food/beverage plant.
• Experience using CMMS to improve reliability of complex equipment.
• Coaching and mentoring maintenance teams to raise OEE.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~12 maintenance staff, 1 Maintenance Engineer, 1 Maintenance Planner, and 1 Process Engineer.
• Implement better maintenance processes and reliability systems.
