Amy's Kitchen Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planning Leader to oversee the plant's maintenance planning program, improve efficiency, and ensure safe, timely work completion.

The role includes managing all work requests, planning non-reactive maintenance, and overseeing the preventative maintenance program for 100% PM completion. You will provide detailed job plans, parts lists, and safety procedures, and collaborate with the Maintenance Leadership Team to improve reliability and environmental

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance planning; ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and people skills; capable of influencing without authority.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Verify work orders and gather information to schedule maintenance.
• Lead RCA to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling of maintenance orders and Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records; support audits.
