Job summary

Bronco Wine Company, based in California, seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the plant. You will schedule work with Production and Maintenance, manage CMMS, and coordinate with Cellar Operations, Winemaking, and business partners to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work overtime during harvest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plans execution of routine and non-routine repair procedures and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Facilitates weekly scheduling with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing.
• Coordinates maintenance activities across departments and with outside contractors.
• Develops work order plans with Maintenance Supervisors, Leads and Manager.
• Manages CMMS work orders, updates, and closures.
• Tracks and reports metrics to monitor maintenance performance and plant reliability.
