Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Planner in Ceres, CA. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, coordinating with multiple departments and vendors to minimize downtime.

The position requires experience with maintenance scheduling, CMMS, and inventory control, with a willingness to work outside standard hours during harvest and special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Cellar Operations, Winemaking and others to align downtime with production needs.
• Maintain CMMS records, manage work orders, and monitor spare parts inventory.
